While operating his own graphic design studio for five years, David
specialized in the hospitality industry and provided branding and
graphic design services for many ByWard Market restaurants including:
Suite 34, Fat Tuesdays and the Cornerstone.
Contacts in the design industry led David to make the move into digital
printing and for two years he managed one of Ottawa's most technically
advanced print shops. There he created (from the ground up) an
automated process of online ordering, and job management. He also
developed a "broker" program model that is used today as an example of
how to run a successful printing business. David continued to bring
innovation to the printing industry while running his own digital print
business for 5 years.
After 15 years of developing contacts in the hospitality, design, and
print industries, David has moved back to his true calling and provides
Knock on Wood clients with specialized social marketing and media
expertise
